News - No More Spiral at the V&A

It is official. The Victoria & Albert Museum in London will not be building the Spiral, an addition designed by Daniel Libeskind and promoted for years. The museum cites a lack of public funding, specifically a £15m application that was rejected by the UK Heritage Lottery Fund.

BBC News quotes V&A museum director Mark Jones as saying that the cancellation is "sad loss."
